What decides the price
What your Patrol actually needs when we get there. A battery test and jump-start, a fuel delivery, a lockout or a tyre change are each priced as themselves, and the price is the same at 3am on a public holiday as it is at midday on a Tuesday. A new battery is quoted only if the test says the old one is finished. There is no call-out fee sitting underneath, and if the fault turns out to need recovery you are told before the truck is called.

Are you really available 24 hours?
Yes, including public holidays and through the night. Nights are when a large share of our battery callouts happen.
How much does Patrol roadside assistance cost in Dubai?
A jump-start or lockout is the smallest call-out. A replacement battery, fuel delivery, tyre changes and recovery are each quoted before dispatch, and the quoted number is the invoiced number.
My Patrol will not start. Do I need a tow?
Usually not. Most Patrol no-starts are the battery, which we test and either jump-start or replace where the vehicle stands. A tow is only booked if the test points at something else.
Do you cover the whole of Dubai?
Every community, including basement car parks, gated villa compounds and the Palm. Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman are covered too.
Where we do it
Mobile jobs are done where your Patrol is, at the same price everywhere. Anything that needs a lift goes to the workshop and the recovery is on us.
